Elite Roofing Donation Event
Elite Roofing Supply™, an independent distributor of roofing materials and supplies, recently held its annual Tools for School program for its more than 250 employees and their families. With the school year in full swing, the leadership at Elite understands the challenges and expenses related to getting children prepared for their education. To help ease the financial burden on its employees, Elite holds an annual event to provide the necessary tools for their children.
Started in 2016, the Tools for School program involves each of its 12 branch managers buying items such as backpacks, lunch boxes, and school supplies for every employee’s children ages three to 23 years of age who are enrolled in school. Employees provide the supply list given by the school, as well as what the children are interested in, whether it is a certain sports team or TV/movie character, so that they are provided with materials that are uniquely suited to the student.
Elite is also committed to giving back to the communities in which they serve. This includes donating materials and services to organizations like the Boy Scouts and local women’s shelters, creating an educational scholarship fund in an industry association and ensuring all employees have ample school supplies each year for their children. Elite is invested in its employees and communities and that commitment is demonstrated by the caliber of its team members and the quality of inventoried roofing materials by its vendor partners.
Elite Roofing Supply currently serves Arizona, California, Colorado, and Louisiana. Elite was founding in 2013 with the mission to provide roofing professionals with an independent distributor who is knowledgeable in both commercial and residential roofing.
