Wood Grain Finishes

The new PAC-CLAD® Timber Series wood grain finishes from Petersen includes a range of colors from rich browns to shades of gray and white. The simulated PVDF finishes can be applied to all PAC-CLAD soffit and wall panel systems and feature a consistent wood grain pattern that allows for coordination with other project surfaces.

Timber Series finishes will convince the casual observer that metal is actually wood. The five finishes combine the beauty of wood with the durability of metal, with patterns that are nearly indistinguishable from actual wood to provide architects and designers with creative flexibility that can deliver a finishing touch to any project.

The Timber Series finishes are brown timber, copper timber, gray timber, tan timber, and white timber. The finishes are available on all PAC-CLAD wall and soffit panel systems. Applications are unlimited and can include education, office, retail, entertainment, sports, recreational, and industrial buildings, plus multi-family mixed-use structures and many others.

“These new finish options cover the more popular spectrum of wood grain colors in the market” said Mike Weis, Vice President of PAC-CLAD. “The Timber Series colors will be stocked in our facilities alongside our standard color palette and available for immediate fabrication. The addition of the Timber Series exemplifies our continued focus on the needs of architects and designers.”

Timber Series finishes feature a four coat PVDF finish, making them eligible for a 40-year limited warranty. To ensure seamless integration with project requirements, the Timber Series is available on various substrates and widths. Petersen will maintain inventory of 24-gauge steel and .032″-gauge aluminum finished with the Timber Series colors. Additional gauges are available with extended lead times. Consult a Petersen representative for details.
