Keynote Speakers
The 2025 keynote speaker is former Congress Representative from Wisconsin and retired National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) CEO, Reid Ribble. Ribble’s influence spans a lifetime of commitment to roofing, starting with his family’s business in Wisconsin. By 1977, he became President and led the company until his retirement in 2009. After a notable term in Congress, Ribble returned to the industry as the NRCA’s CEO, advocating for roofing professionals and the future of the trade until his retirement in 2022. His last keynote at IRE was a major highlight, and this year promises to be even more impactful as he shares his outlook on the state of the industry and what lies ahead.
This year, Ribble’s speech will be asking an important question: is the American dream dead? Many people are talking about the death of the American dream. But is that so? Has it really died? Ribble will look at the current state of the American dream, and without regard to pundits, politicians, and economists, give you a full view of the actual state of the American dream and why so many people still seek it. Catch his speech on February 19 at 9:30 A.M. at the Lila Cockrell Theater within the convention center.
