DensDeck ProFast Prime Roof Board is a cutting-edge innovation in gypsum-based cover boards. This lighter weight solution is designed to create more efficiency in roofing installations by reducing the need for fasteners by 30-50%, which can significantly lower both material and labor costs. With its lightweight construction, the board offers easy handling and installation without sacrificing strength or durability. Measuring at 3/8 inch in thickness, this fiberglass mat reinforced gypsum cover board is approximately 20% lighter than the traditional ½ inch DensDeck Prime, yet it maintains robust resistance to fire, wind uplift, punctures, foot traffic, and hail.
